The location is perfect, just 5-10 mins to the river and walking street. The staff sorted out my transport issues quickly and even helped me with my Grab app. The festive decorations are excellent and really enhance the vibe. Highly recommend the spacious Beautiful Double Room!

the check-in was an absoluteley tedious experience, waiting 35 minutes when I could have been enjoying lunch. the room decor is dreadfully old, and with a bed that felt like a rock—definitely not boutique experience. i was left hoping for at least a complimentary gesture for my patience, but alas, just couldn't recommend this place.
